The Home Hardening Score is a free self-assessment for California homeowners, built by AACI Group.
Why it exists
California regulation names a specific set of wildfire mitigation measures that insurers who price on wildfire risk are required to account for. Most homeowners have never seen that list, and it is written for actuaries rather than for the person who owns the house. This tool walks the list in plain language and gives you back something you can act on and something you can send.
Our interest, stated plainly
